Nursery fees are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, snacks and drinks, nappies, wipes. Please contact us for the latest nursery fees.

Childcare Vouchers
Please refer to your employers HR department to find out if you are eligible for childcare vouchers. Once you have checked please feel free to contact us at Eilmar.
Funded hours are childcare hours provided by the government for eligible children. Depending on eligibility, this is 570 or 1,140 hours per year, spread across our operating weeks.
Funded hours are always applied first. Any attendance above the funded entitlement is charged at our private rates.
All private fees[ £93.00 per day rate] everything your child needs while attending nursery, including:
• Meals and snacks
• Nappies, wipes, and nappy sacks
• Craft and learning materials
• Extra-curricular activities such as Spanish, Yoga, ICT, and Sports
• Recreational outings
• Adult-to-child ratios
There are no additional charges for these items during private hours.
• Cygnets: £15.00 per funded day
• Robins: £15.00 per funded day
• Doves: £12.00 per funded day
Consumables are the everyday items, experiences, and services provided during the nursery day. This includes food and drink, nappies and hygiene items, learning resources, extra-curricular activities, recreational outings, and staffing costs required to maintain appropriate child-to-staff ratios.
Consumable charges only apply to funded hours. Parents may choose to opt out of consumables by providing their own nappies, wipes, nappy sacks, and meals. Any opt-out will be reflected in the monthly invoice. Parents must indicate their choice on the Provision Form provided at the time of enquiry.
Eilmar offers inclusive extra-curricular classes and experiences for all age groups. We believe these enrich children’s early years and support their overall development. Children benefit most when they can fully participate in all nursery activities and experiences, including extra-curricular sessions and outings. These opportunities help build confidence, social skills, independence, and a sense of belonging. Activities are carefully planned to be age-appropriate, engaging, and inclusive.
Funded hours are deducted first. Consumable charges apply only to the funded portion of attendance. All private hours automatically include consumables, outings, and activities.
Yes. Fees can be spread evenly over 12 months to support family budgeting.
